Those are the characters I've designed for the short animation. The story is talking about a man whose controls two different artificials and lets them fight, one kills another, and this man stops the winner, then kills her within his artificial machine part, because he is a half artificial human.
The whole scene is happening in a place full of sakura. Because sakura (cherry blossom) is representing sacrifise so I decide the end scene to be a beautiful but a sad scene.

and the setting sounds good- reminds me of Kill Bill, Hero etc.
